Foreign Ownership

Buyers who desire to place their units in a foreign name are required to produce tor tor sahms (proof of foreign transfer of funds for purchase of a condominium) for the full amount of the purchase price.  Seller will provide assistance, but buyer is ultimately responsible for showing they have proper documentation of monies transferred into Thailand.
